You can cancel the recurring billing for both the Annual and Monthly Plans at any time.
Once canceled, you will no longer be charged the monthly or annual fee (or the remaining installments) on your credit card, and you will retain access until the end of the current billing period.
Canceling the recurring payment is simple and practical! No hassle.
Inside the training environment, click on MY ORDERS in the left-hand menu. >> SUBSCRIPTION >> CANCEL
Your access will remain active until the next monthly or annual billing cycle; after that, your access to the courses will be automatically suspended.
- Annual Plan: Canceling the recurring payment only stops the RENEWAL for the next period. The Annual Plan cannot be canceled/refunded in the middle of the 12-month contract.
- Monthly Plan: Recurring billing can be canceled at any time.
