EXIN:
- Immediately after completing the exam, the Preliminary Result (Pass or Fail) will be displayed on the screen;
- You will have access to the Exam Report, which can be printed;
- You must wait up to 1 week for the Official Result and access to the Digital Certificate (PDF);
- If you selected and paid for the Hard Copy (printed certificate), please allow up to 45 business days for delivery to the address registered at the time of scheduling your exam.
- If you do not receive it within 45 business days, please email [email protected] requesting a status update.
Peoplecert:
- Immediately after completing the exam, the Preliminary Result (Pass or Fail) will be displayed on the screen;
- PeopleCert issues a Digital Certificate (PDF) and also a Hard Copy (printed version), for an additional fee of $27.00;
- You must wait up to 5 business days for the Digital Certificate to be released in your PeopleCert account.
- Please allow up to 45 business days for the Hard Copy to be delivered to the address registered at the time of scheduling your exam.
- If you do not receive it within 45 business days, please email [email protected] requesting a status update.
IT-Shaped:
- Immediately after completing the exam, the Preliminary Result (Pass or Fail) will be displayed on the screen;
- IT-Shaped issues only the Digital Certificate (PDF);
- You must wait up to 2 business days for the Digital Certificate to be released in the IT-Shaped environment.
- If you do not receive it within 15 business days, please email [email protected] requesting a status update.
ISACA:
- As soon as you finish the exam and click “Submit”, the screen displays the Official Result immediately;
- ISACA issues only the Digital Certificate (PDF);
- ISACA sends an email shortly after passing with instructions to claim your Digital Badge;
- If you do not receive any email communication from ISACA during this process, please email [email protected] requesting a status update.
