Those books that accompany a training (example of the Courses of the ITIL training, when made available on the sales page of sales) or were purchased from in a single transaction, such as ITIL, AIF, ISO/IEC 20000, DevOps, PDPE, CyberSec etc., you have two ways to download:
- Through the purchase confirmation email. There is a link below the amounts paid. Only the purchaser can download the book
- By clicking on the menu “My Orders,” then “Download.”
Downloading is permitted only once. The student’s information, date of purchase, and email address will be printed on each page of the book. therefore it is prohibited to share the same.
