Those books that accompany a training (example of the Courses of the ITIL training , when they are available on the sales page) or have been purchased from in individual form, such as ITIL, AIF, ISO/IEC 20000, DevOps, PDPE, CyberSec, etc., you have two ways to download it:
- Through the purchase confirmation email. There is a link below the amounts paid. Only the purchaser can download the book
- By clicking on the menu “My Orders,” then “Download.”
Downloading is permitted only once. The student’s information, date of purchase, and email address will be printed on each page of the book. therefore it is prohibited to share the same.
