For the Annual Plan (Upfront), there will be loyalty until the end of the 12-month period. If you do not want to be charged for another 12 months, you can choose to cancel the annual recurring charge. Once you cancel, you will not be charged for another 12 months. How to cancel? Click here

For the Annual Plan (Installments), there will be loyalty until the end of the 12-month period. You will not be charged again because Mercado Pago and PagSeguro do not have a recurring payment system activated on our website.
In all three plans, the amount will not be refunded if the customer withdraws in the middle of the contracted plan period, i.e., while it is still in effect.
