Account Rules and Blocking

Access to the website and the student environment is personal and non-transferable. Sharing access with third parties or acquiring courses through group buying schemes (“rateio”) is expressly prohibited, regardless of the product (course, mock exam, exam, e-book), whether free or paid.

All rights, including copyrights, regarding all educational assets — lessons, exercises, mock exams, exams, forum content, videos, audio files, materials, among others — provided to students during the contracted course are the sole and exclusive property of PMG Academy. Their disclosure, reproduction, copying, distribution, commercialization, or sharing, whether for profit or free, by any means, especially through the World Wide Web (internet), social networks, file-sharing sites, email, among others, is expressly prohibited. Violators of this clause are subject to civil and criminal penalties.

Attention: PMG Academy maintains a system for detection, alerting, and control of concurrent access (simultaneous logins). Therefore, any violations of this clause, such as two or more simultaneous logins, may be identified and result in the suspension of the student’s access to the platform.

Laws and Copyright

Details must be read in our Terms of Use policy.

3. Login Sharing

3.1. It is expressly prohibited to share your login and password with others, whether they are students, visitors, or mock exam users.

3.2. Our system can detect concurrent access (simultaneous logins) with the same username and password. If this occurs, access will be immediately blocked for all devices and IPs involved.

3.3. If two or more concurrent sessions are identified, PMG Academy may suspend the user’s access and charge the proportional amount for the unauthorized additional use of paid products (such as courses, e-books, mock exams, or exams). The amount will be charged per detected IP or device, upon presentation of evidence. Access will remain blocked until payment is settled. For more information, please refer to item 13 (Indemnification).

3.4. All material made available in the courses is protected by Law No. 9.610/98 (Copyright Law), which establishes:

(a) Art. 22 – The author holds moral and economic rights over the work created.
(b) Art. 28 – The author has the exclusive right to use, enjoy, and dispose of the literary, artistic, or scientific work.
(c) Art. 29 – The use of the work depends on prior and express authorization from the author, except for exceptions provided by law.
